Shipping

We ship to any Indonesian or international address.
Shipment is handled through our studio in Jakarta/Bandung, Indonesia.
Dispatch times 7–14 business days.
Delivery times 1–2 business days within Indonesia and 4–9 business to the rest of the world.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, packages might be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Best to check how your country borders/restrictions are doing before making a purchase.

International customers may be subject to duties and additional fees/taxation, which are out of our control.

All items will be sent via a trackable shipment method.
As soon as we start packing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to track your parcel online.
Just keep in mind that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

Orders within Indonesia are shipped with JNE/J&T/Pos Indonesia or any other courier of your choice.
Orders at the rest of the world are shipped with EMS Indonesian Post.

We recommend you to use the postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during working hours.

If a parcel will return to our warehouse, for reasons attributable to you or with no attributions; we will send you an email to ask if you would like to pay for a second trial. You can either pursue the second trial by paying extra shipping cost or get a refund of your items only (shipping cost is non-refundable). If we won’t receive any answer, we will understand that you have abandoned the order placed. In that case, no refunds are applicable.
